Ingredients: The simplest recipe for a foot soak that will calm down sore feet contains Epsom salt, baking soda, and a few drops of essential oil.

Prep: Prepare a foot basin or large bowl with hot water for your foot soak, be sure it isn’t too hot for your feet. Mix 1/4 cup Epsom salt with 1 tablespoon of baking soda and add to water.

Aromatherapy: Add 4-6 drops of peppermint essential oil (or your choice of oil) with a tablespoon of olive oil to the foot soak for best results. If you prefer, you can massage the olive oil and peppermint blend on your feet first and then place feet into the footbath.

How To Use: Soak feet for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the water becomes tepid.
